The ACMM590, a 590W application-specific high voltage medical switching power supply, is specifically designed for use in a variety of medical applications. Environmental Requiremet
In 2018, our company implemented a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and in 2019, we established two fully automated production lines. These initiatives have significantly improved product quality, production efficiency and capacity. Currently, our factory covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters and has more than 300 employees. Our factory is equipped with 4 automatic SMT machines, 4 dispensing machines, 4 automatic solder paste machines, 4 reflow soldering machines, 4 automatic AOI machines, 1 first article detector, 2 automatic AI plug-in machines, 4 wave soldering machines, 8 automatic production lines, 3 automatic laser engraving machines, 15 ATE test systems, and 10 automatic aging cabinets. In order to ensure comprehensive control, Lone Star has integrated various control systems such as WMS, SMT error proofing, ESOP, exception call, MES, and ERP to monitor all stages of production.
