The purpose of the document is to specify the functional requirements of the ACMS13 series switching power supply

    1.0Amps max at any input voltage and rated DC output and rated load.

    60Amps max. cold start at 264Vac input, with rated load and 25℃ ambient.

    AC Leakage Current:

    Normal 0.5mA max.at 264Vac input.

    Single fault 1.0mA max.at 264Vac input.

    Protection Function

    Short circuit test

    The power supply will be automaticity recovery when short circuit faults remove.

    Over current Protection

    When the output current reaches 110%~200% of the rated current, the power supply will be protected. After the overcurrent fault is removed, the power supply will be automatically recovery.

    Over Voltage Protection

    When the output voltage reaches 105%~125% of the rated voltage, the power supply will be protected and can resume normal work after the fault removed.

    Over temperature protection

    5mS Min.at 115Vac input and output rated Load.

    The power supply shall go into stop mode when the IC's temperature is over its trigger point and when IC temperature is lower than regulation value, the power supply shall be self-recovering.

    MTBF

    The power supply shall have a minimum predicted MTBF(MIL-STD-217F) of 100000 hours at normal operation condition and normal use.
